A member can upload a movie at two locations, either in his/her own personal profile or at the My Videos section of the website.
It can be done following these easy steps:One has to take the following steps:
Upload a movie in Profile
1. Login to the account
2. Click on Edit Profile
3. Choose the section where the movie is to be added
4. Paste the following code - <embed src="Link to the movie" width="insert width" height="insert height" auto play="true/false"></embed>
§ Link to the movie - URL of where the movie is hosted. The movie must be hosted online.
§ Insert width / height - Add width/height of the screen
§ True/false- For autoplayingauto playing option, add true for yes and False for No
5. Save the changes and then view the movie in your profile.
Upload the movie to Videos Section
1. Login to the account
2. Click on Videos and go to My Videos
3. Click on UplaodUpload Video
4. Add the title and the description about the video. AlsoIn addition, one may choose the visibility option, either public or private.
5. Read the terms and conditions and click on Next.
6. Choose the category of the video and add keywords if any.
7. Click on browse to find the video on personal computer and click on Upload
8. Once it is uploaded, it will be processed online.
9. FinallyFinally, the video can be viewed by clicking the thumbnail that will appear on My Videos page.
Note : The video size should not exceed 100 MB and should be in a Myspace acceptable format. Keep in mind thatAlso no porn is allowed.
